The philosophy at SURE is
to maintain the lowest possible overhead without compromising on service
standards, equipment or operational productivity, and maintain the highest
possible marketing exposure for each location at minimum cost.
The SURE concept, physical
format and operating philosophy and methods are based on the following
principles:
- Offer the highest possible
value to the franchisee;
- Maximize sales at each location
without resorting to ‘low-price’ strategies;
- Ensure the lowest possible
overhead for each location commensurate with anticipated production
requirements;
- Encourage consistent and
persistent marketing efforts,
- Ensure the provision of consistent
and quality services and products by each center to its customers;
- Provide immediate support
as required to the base of franchisees.
The economic viability of
each centre, the safety of the investment in the centre and the integrity
and reputation of the franchise owner are all essential factors which affect
our approval of any new location. Each franchisee is encouraged to operate
as independently as possible with minimal reporting requirements, but within
the parameters of a well-defined operating philosophy, utilizing proven
operational and marketing methods; and offering exceptional customer service.
Our concept of providing
