1) Philosophy
The philosophy at SURE is to maintain the lowest possible overhead without compromising on service standards, equipment or operational productivity, and maintain the highest possible marketing exposure for each location at minimum cost. The SURE concept, physical format and operating philosophy and methods are based on the following principles:
- Offer the highest possible value to the franchisee.
- Maximize sales at each location without resorting to ‘low-price’ strategies.
- Ensure the lowest possible overhead for each location commensurate with anticipated production requirements.
- Encourage consistent and persistent marketing efforts.
- Ensure the provision of consistent and quality services and products by each center to its customers.
- Provide immediate support as required to the base of franchisees.
The economic viability of each centre, the safety of the investment in the centre and the integrity and reputation of the franchise owner are all essential factors which affect our approval of any new location. Each franchisee is encouraged to operate as independently as possible with minimal reporting requirements, but within the parameters of a well-defined operating philosophy, utilizing proven operational and marketing methods; and offering exceptional customer service.
Our concept of providing a true "turn-key" centre greatly reduces the problems of starting your own business as well as all those unpleasant and extra surprises experienced by many new businesses. No printing or business experience is necessary to become a successful SURE franchise owner.
2) Format and Operations
Full training and guidance is provided prior to start-up and on an ongoing basis as required. This training includes the operation of all equipment, all aspects of the products and services offered at the business, as well as in overall management of the business. It includes customer relations, advertising, sales promotions purchasing, pricing, financial management and record-keeping.
Our franchisees have varied backgrounds and very few have prior experience in this industry. What they do have in common, however, is the drive and desire to succeed, the willingness to make it happen, and to make the process financially and emotionally rewarding for themselves and their families.
The physical layout of each Sure store emphasizes an "open" and flexible environment, which enhances productivity and allows the efficient placement and utilization of all the equipment within locations which sometimes are of a limited size. Each location is carefully selected after consideration of relevant economic and demographic factors as well as other criteria developed from past experience. We insist on active involvement in the process of identifying each site for proposed stores to ensure its viability and feasibility.

productivity and customer service levels, follow through on and implement marketing calendar and guidelines regardless of sales volumes.
Adherence to Minimum Standards
Including maintenance of clean, tidy and well organized business premises, timely and efficient turnaround of all work, attention to detail and a commitment to maintain job delivery schedules to customers.
Ongoing Training
In existing, updated and new operational methods, familiarity with all features of on-site equipment, review of feature articles and other literature regarding our industry and changes therein, attendance at franchise meetings and seminars
Fiscal Responsibility
To ensure receivables are controlled and collected in a timely manner, that payables are settled promptly, and that the budgeted overhead is maintained
